ARMOURGUARD S is intended for use on industrial metalwork where exterior metal paint is needed and marine applications above and below the waterline where the best possible protection from abrasion and mechanical damage is required combined with maximum corrosion protection.
ARMOURGUARD S is a two part, low solvent epoxy-ceramic coating that contains 70% of solid ceramic micro-spheres. Also included in the formulation are a carefully selected blend of additives to enhance adhesion to steel, other non porous substrates and existing coatings.

ARMOURGUARD S cured coating contains the maximum possible amount of ceramic micro-spheres than normal epoxy coatings. ARMOURGUARD S is virtually impervious to water, water vapour and oxygen. Its unique formulation eliminates the requirement for separate primers and undercoats because ARMOURGUARD’s superb barrier properties prevent oxygen and moisture reaching the substrate.
